The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has approved the official calendar and host cities for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) in Morocco.

The tournament, scheduled to run from December 21, 2025, to January 18, 2026, will be held across six cities and nine stadiums, promising an exceptional showcase of African football.

CAF’s Executive Committee, led by Dr. Patrice Motsepe, convened on January 27, 2025, in Rabat to finalize these key decisions.

Morocco’s selection of host cities—Rabat, Casablanca, Agadir, Marrakech, Fez, and Tangier—reflects the nation’s commitment to delivering a world-class footballing experience.

With this structure now in place, the stage is set for a memorable tournament featuring the best teams on the continent.

Fans can look forward to a celebration of African football in some of Morocco’s most iconic venues.
