Hakim Ziyech has completed his rehabilitation period in Amsterdam under the supervision of his former physical trainer, who accompanied him during his time at Ajax before his move to Chelsea in the English Premier League.
This effort comes in an attempt to overcome the aftermath of the injury he sustained while playing for the Moroccan national team in the Africa Cup of Nations, causing him to miss nearly a month of action.
Now, he is set to return to Turkey, where he is expected to make his first appearance in the Turkish league against Rizespor tomorrow.
Ziyech is striving to return to match fitness to secure his spot in the Atlas Lions’ camp later this month and participate in the friendly matches against Angola and Mauritania.
However, despite Ziyech’s determination, sources suggest that Walid Regragui, the coach of Morocco, may not include him in the camp due to the risks associated with fielding a player who has just returned to action.
