Algeria sealed their ticket to the global showpiece after a commanding 3-0 victory over Somalia, with captain Riyad Mahrez leading the charge with a goal and two assists.

The North African giants will now make their fifth appearance at the World Cup, joining a growing list of African nations that have already secured their spots for the expanded 48-team tournament.
