Ghazl El Mahalla make Eastern Company Enppi match tickets free for fans

Ghazl El Mahalla have announced that supporters will be able to attend their upcoming Egyptian Premier League match against Eastern Company Enppi free of charge.

The club’s board, headed by president Walid Khalil, said tickets for the fixture will be distributed without charge as Ghazl El Mahalla prepare to host Eastern Company Enppi on Tuesday.

The match will be played at Ghazl El Mahalla Stadium in the third round of the Egyptian Premier League. It is the club’s first home fixture of the campaign after defeats in their opening two matches.

Ticket distribution will begin at 18:00 local time on Monday and continue until midnight, the club said. Supporters will be able to collect tickets from the ticket window at Ghazl El Mahalla Stadium.

There will be no fixed limit on the number of tickets made available, according to the club. Distribution will continue until the stadium reaches full capacity, subject to the regulations in force.

Fans must have a Fan ID to obtain a ticket. The club did not announce any other conditions for supporters seeking to attend the match.

Ghazl El Mahalla’s board also called on the club’s supporters to attend in large numbers and provide backing for the players during the game.

The team began the season with a 3-0 defeat by Pyramids before suffering another loss in the second round, going down 2-0 to Modern Sport.

The results leave Ghazl El Mahalla still searching for their first points of the campaign as they prepare for Tuesday’s home meeting with Eastern Company Enppi. The free-ticket initiative is intended to ensure that the team receives strong support from the stands for the third-round contest.

Ghazl El Mahalla finished last season in sixth place in the relegation-avoidance section, collecting 38 points. Their latest announcement means supporters will be able to attend the next league match without paying for admission, although access remains subject to the stadium’s full-capacity limit and the requirement to hold a Fan ID.
