The Ghana Football Federation (GFA) is reportedly in contemplation of rekindling its association with Otto Addo, considering him for the position of head coach for the national team, as disclosed by sources close to the Federation, as reported by the local press.
Otto Addo, previously at the helm of the Ghanaian national team in 2022, initially served as the assistant coach in 2021 before assuming the role of the head coach in 2022.
Under his guidance, the Ghanaian tactician steered the Black Stars through the qualifiers, securing a spot in the prestigious World Cup in Qatar. However, Addo and the team parted ways in December of the same year.
With Ghana currently on the quest for a new manager following Chris Hughton’s departure in January, Otto Addo emerges as a prominent name in the discussions for the future leadership of the Black Stars.
