Real Madrid defender Antonio Rüdiger has no intention of leaving the club this summer, despite strong interest from Saudi Pro League teams.
The German international, who has Sierra Leonean roots, has been a key figure for Los Blancos this season but is currently sidelined with an injury.
Reports from Spain indicate that Saudi clubs are eager to lure Rüdiger as part of a broader push that also includes Vinícius Júnior.
While speculation surrounds Vinícius’ future beyond June, Rüdiger’s stance appears more concrete. The 32-year-old remains committed to his contract, which runs until June 2026, and has no plans to cut his time at the Bernabéu short.
Despite Saudi Arabia’s financial firepower, Rüdiger remains focused on his Real Madrid career. However, his situation could be revisited next summer.
The club is reportedly open to offering him a one-year extension, in line with their standard policy for players over 30, though it would not match the lucrative salaries available in the Middle East.
Rüdiger, who has contributed two goals this season, faces a race against time to be fit for Real Madrid’s crucial Champions League second-leg clash against Atlético Madrid on Wednesday.
