German defender of Ivorian descent, Jonathan Tah, has emerged as a transfer target of Real Madrid ahead of the summer transfer window.
The defender will leave Bayer Leverkusen at the end of the 2024/25 football season when his contract expires.
Once his deal comes to an end, the 29-year-old centre-back will leave the German Bundesliga side on a free transfer.
Since the winter transfer window, Jonathan Tah has been linked with a possible move to La Liga giants FC Barcelona.
New reports reaching Africasoccer are that Jonathan Tah can move to Real Madrid as well.
Los Blancos are currently said to be looking for a new manager and are looking at hiring Bayer Leverkusen tactician Xabi Alonso.
It is reported that should Xabi Alonso join Real Madrid, Tah could follow him to the Spanish capital as his first signing.
Although there is not much in the speculation, reports indicate that Jonathan Tah fancies the move to the Spanish capital and won’t think twice when approached.
