German defender of Ivorian descent, Jonathan Tah, could still move to Barcelona FC at the end of the 2024/25 football season.
Although the centre-back has said yes to a move to German Bundesliga outfit Bayern Munich, he is reportedly contemplating a move to FC Barcelona to taste a new challenge in the Spanish La Liga.
Tah is leaving Bayer Leverkusen at the end of the season as he seeks for a new challenge after several years spent at the club.
He has already communicated his decision to leave Leverkusen upon the expiry of his contract.
On Monday, May 12, Bayern Munich agreed a deal in principle to sign Jonathan Tah at the end of the season.
Bayern Munich want to push to wrap up the deal before the end of this week.
The club wants to register Jonathan Tah for the upcoming FIFA Club World Cup. The club is confident that his addition will make the team stronger to compete for the trophy.
It is now clear that Bayern Munich must convince Tah to choose the club over Barcelona.
