SV 07 Elversberg have landed a major loan signing ahead of the new season, bringing in talented German-Guinean winger Bambase Conte from TSG Hoffenheim.
The 21-year-old, who recently extended his contract with Hoffenheim until 2028, will now look to make his mark in Elversberg’s squad under a familiar face.
Conte’s switch is largely credited to Elversberg’s new head coach Vincent Wagner, who previously coached him in Hoffenheim’s U23 team. Their strong working relationship played a key role in sealing the deal.
Last season, Conte impressed while on loan at Karlsruher SC, featuring in 29 competitive matches, scoring twice and providing six assists. He emerged as a vital piece in the second half of the campaign, catching the attention of several clubs.
Conte is known for his pace, power, and balance on the left wing. The club is banking on a success formula with Conte as they gear up for a competitive season ahead.
