Gerald Alders has joined FC Twente on loan from Ajax Amsterdam until the end of the 2024-25 season.
The 19-year-old midfielder, who has made 39 appearances for Ajax this season, will continue his development in the Eredivisie.
Despite the move, he remains under contract with Ajax until June 2026.
Gerald has had a good season with Jong Ajax and recently made his well-deserved debut in the Ajax first team.
At FC Twente, he will gain valuable experience at Eredivisie level,” said Ajax sporting director Marijn Beuker.
Alders’ loan spell offers him regular first-team football before his anticipated return to Amsterdam next summer.
