Carlos Garrido, the coach of USM Alger, expressed his satisfaction with the comprehensive victory achieved against their opponent in the Algerian Cup round of 16, RC Bougaa, with a score of seven goals to none.
Speaking at a press conference at the 5 July Stadium conference hall after the match, Garrido stated, “I congratulate the team on this well-deserved victory and our continuation in the cup competition.”
Garrido added, “I believe that every match in the cup competition is important and challenging, and achieving victory requires determination and tactical discipline.”
He further clarified, “Our qualification and ensuring victory were due to the fact that the opponent operates in the lower divisions, which made the task of the match difficult, and their players entered the match with high morale.”
