‘Galatasaray will always be in my heart’ – Nigeria’s Victor Osimhen declares love for Turkish club

Nigerian international Victor Osimhen has revealed his love for Turkish Super Lig side Galatasaray.

The striker is currently on loan at the Turkish club from Italian Serie A side SSC Napoli.

Although there are speculations that Galatasaray are interested in signing Victor Osimhen permanently at the end of his loan spell, it looks unlikely.

Speaking to NTV, the Super Eagles’ goal poacher has revealed that whatever happens, he will also love Galatasaray.

“Galatasaray will always be in my heart,” Victor Osimhen said.

The striker continued, “There are always rumours about me, I think about the present. I am enjoying this moment; the fans always support me. At the right time, the best decision for everyone will be made.”

This season, the Nigerian superstar has been a sensation in the Turkish Super Lig. He has scored 21 goals in 24 matches and is leading the charge in the team’s quest to clinch the league title at the end of the season.

The forward is a transfer target of Chelsea, Manchester United, Arsenal, and Juventus.

At the moment, it is unclear where he will end up playing next season.
