Galatasaray eye Lyon winger Malick Fofana in €30m-rated transfer

Belgian-Guinean winger Malick Fofana is the subject of a reported move from Lyon to Galatasaray, with the 21-year-old currently contracted to the Ligue 1 club until 30 June 2028.

Fofana’s potential switch would see him leave France’s top flight for Turkey’s Super Lig, where Galatasaray are the club linked with his signing. He is listed as a left winger and has a market value of €30m.

The rumour was registered on 15 August 2026, placing Fofana’s future at Lyon under scrutiny despite the length of his existing agreement.
