The draw for the 8th edition of the Central African Economic and Monetary Community Cup (CEMAC) took place on Saturday in Libreville. The six CEMAC member countries were divided into two groups of three, and representatives of the participating countries attended the draw.
In Group A, the host country Gabon will face Cameroon and Equatorial Guinea. The second group includes Congo, the current trophy holder, Chad, and Central Africa.
The CEMAC Cup will be held from December 9 to 21 in Libreville, Gabon, with matches taking place in two selected stadiums. Group A matches will be held in Oyem, while Group B matches will be in Franchville.
Accredited players or officials with a passport are allowed to enter Gabon for the competition. Only players participating in national championships are eligible to play in the tournament, which aims to bring together nationals from the CEMAC region.
