Fulham prepare improved €30m bid for French-Beninese midfielder Arthur Atta

Fulham FC are preparing a significantly improved offer for Arthur Atta after their initial bid for the midfielder was rejected by Udinese Calcio during the winter transfer window.

The London club had previously offered around €20 million for the French-Beninese midfielder, but Udinese declined the proposal.

According to SportsBoom, Fulham remain determined to secure the player’s signature and are now ready to return with a new offer that could reach approximately €30 million.

Such a figure would represent a substantial proposal for the Italian club as interest in the 23-year-old continues to grow ahead of the summer transfer window.

Fulham are keen to strengthen their midfield options and have identified Atta as a priority target. Their renewed approach suggests the club are prepared to invest heavily in order to bring the player to the Premier League.

However, a move to England may not be the midfielder’s only possible destination. Several leading clubs in Italy are also monitoring the situation closely as the transfer window approaches.

Among those keeping track of developments are Juventus FC, Inter Milan and SSC Napoli. The interest from multiple sides could increase competition for the player and strengthen Udinese’s position in any negotiations.

Atta has emerged as a player attracting attention for his physical presence and potential, with clubs across Europe observing his progress.

Despite the growing interest and rising figures linked to a potential transfer, the midfielder’s market value remains significantly lower than the sums currently being discussed.

The specialist website Transfermarkt estimates his value at around €15 million.

Udinese, however, are in a comfortable negotiating position due to the length of Atta’s contract. The midfielder is tied to the club until 30 June 2029, meaning they are under no immediate pressure to sell.

That long-term agreement helps explain why potential offers have already climbed well above his estimated valuation.

Atta currently earns an annual salary of around €280,000, but with multiple clubs showing interest and Fulham preparing a larger bid, his future could become one of the notable transfer stories as the summer window approaches.
