RC Lens have set sights on securing the services of Senegal international Abdallah Sima in the ongoing summer transfer window.
The French Ligue 1 outfit are making effort to bolster their team for the 2025/26 campaign, with Sima emerging as a priority target.
The 24-year-old forward spent last season on loan at fellow French outfit Stade Brest. Sima excelled, netting 12 goals and registering two assists in 40 appearances in all competitions.
Following the expiration of his loan spell, the talented forward has returned to parent club Brighton and Hove Albion.
Sima appears not to be in the plans of the Premier League club and could depart for a new challenge before the closure of the summer transfer window.
However, Lens, who are in the market for a centre-forward before the closure of the transfer window, have identified Sima as a target.
Sima joined Brighton in 2021, with his current contract expected to expire in the summer of 2026.
