French international of Cameroonian descent Kylian Mbappe played a pivotal role to help Real Madrid secure victory over Getafe in the Spanish La Liga.
Mbappe, who is the captain of the France national team registered his name on the scoresheet as the Spanish giants cruised to a 2-0 victory over their opponent on Saturday.
Before this game, Mbappe had endured a torrid game against Liverpool in the UEFA Champions League, where he missed a penalty as Madrid suffered a 2-0 defeat.
England international Jude Bellingham opened the scoring for Madrid after converting perfectly from the spot in the 30th-minute mark to put his outfit ahead.
Eight minutes later, Bellingham set up the former Paris Saint Germain captain to seal the win for the host with a decent strike from outside the box.
The 25-year-old pacey winger has managed 10 goals across competitions since joining Real Madrid in the summer.
