France defender of Cameroonian descent, Sacha Boey, has set his sights on fighting for a place in the Bayern Munich first team for next season.
The right-back made the switch from Galatasaray to Bayern Munich in January 2024 for a reported €30 million fee but has struggled to meet expectations at the German club, with injuries further hampering his progress.
In recent weeks, speculation has linked Boey with a possible loan return to Galatasaray. However, the player seems intent on staying put.
According to “Bild” reporters Christian Falk and Tobias Altschäffl, Sacha Boey remains committed to continuing his journey with Bayern Munich and is not considering a move away at this time.
While Bayern are open to listening to offers, Boey still sees his future with the Bundesliga giants.
The defender is currently part of the Bayern Munich squad playing at the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup.
In their opening match against Auckland City, the defender started and scored as Bayern Munich secured a 10-0 win.
Boey is now looking for more opportunities to prove himself.
