German Bundesliga side Eintracht Frankfurt are reportedly ready to sanction the transfer of France-Cameroonian striker Hugo Ekitike amid interest from English Premier League side Arsenal.
The highly-rated youngster is one of the many players also targeted by Manchester United. The forward has been a sensation for Eintracht Frankfurt in the German Bundesliga this season.
So far, he has scored 19 goals for the club in all competitions and could even score more.
Besides Arsenal and Manchester United, Hugo Ekitike is a transfer target of several European clubs. He is expected to leave Frankfurt in the summer transfer window, and his future will become clear at the end of the ongoing football season.
Checks have revealed that Frankfurt will not stand in the way of the transfer of the forward at the end of the season, but will be expecting an offer around €80 million.
It is now up to the likes of Arsenal, Manchester United, and Bayern Munich to match that value in the summer window if they really want to sign the forward.
