Frankfurt consider move for Karlsruher SC’s Tunisia-Germany forward Louey Ben Farhat

Tunisian-German forward Louey Ben Farhat is attracting interest from Frankfurt, with the Bundesliga club linked with a move for the 20-year-old Karlsruher SC player.

Ben Farhat has made two appearances in the 2. Bundesliga this season, providing one assist, and has also featured in the DFB-Pokal. He has played primarily as a second striker for Karlsruher SC.

The reported probability of a transfer is 32%, while Ben Farhat’s current market value is €10m. Any move would take him from Germany’s second tier to the Bundesliga.

Ben Farhat joined Karlsruher SC’s senior side from the club’s under-19 team in January 2025. He had previously progressed through Karlsruhe’s youth system after joining from Stuttgarter Kickers’ academy in 2022.

Born in Waiblingen, Ben Farhat is eligible to represent both Tunisia and Germany. His recent first-team involvement has come in limited minutes: he has appeared in two of Karlsruher’s opening three possible league matches this season, starting once, and played 45 minutes in the cup.

Karlsruher SC remain in a strong contractual position, with Ben Farhat’s deal running until 30 June 2029.
