Franco-Congolese forward Christopher Nkunku to leave Chelsea at the end of the season

IMG 6732

France international of DR Congo descent Christopher Nkunku is expected to leave Premier League side Chelsea at the end of the season.

Nkunku joined Chelsea in summer 2023 from RB Leipzig for €60 million and has since struggled to establish himself as a key member of the team.

This season, Nkunku has made 40 appearances across competitions for Chelsea, racking up 12 goals and delivering five assists across the period.

The former Leipzig star was keen to depart Chelsea in the winter window to join Bayern Munich, but the move transfer ultimately fell through.

According to reports, the Blues intends to sell the French forward. Meanwhile, Nkunku himself is open to a move and eager to embrace a new chapter in his career.

Meanwhile, several clubs have shown interest in the 27-year-old Frenchman, though their names remain undisclosed for now.
