Fouzi Lekjaa to unveil ambitious social security plan for players and coaches
According to a university source in contact with “Barlamane Sports,” the meeting, scheduled for 4 PM at the Mohammed VI Football Complex, will focus on a groundbreaking project aimed at enrolling players and technical staff in the social security system.
A source from the professional league informed “Barlamane Sports” that Fouzi Lekjaa will present a comprehensive partnership agreement involving health coverage for professional players and technical staff.
The initiative to register players and coaches in social security is set to commence at the start of the 2024/2025 season.
Our source further elaborated that this initiative will ensure that players and coaches receive a monthly pension upon reaching retirement age.
The partnership agreement between the Ministry of Finance, the Royal Moroccan Football Federation, and the Social Security Fund will facilitate a favorable rate for these benefits.
