The FIFA Dispute Resolution Chamber ruled in favor of Ivorian player Guy Hervé, who previously played for Raja Casablanca, in his case against his former club Fath Union Sport.
The FIFA Dispute Resolution Chamber issued its verdict on Guy’s case on Friday, ordering Fath Union Sport to pay the player’s financial dues in full within a period not exceeding 45 days.
With this decision, Guy Hervé will be eligible to play for his new club, Raja Casablanca, after the Royal Moroccan Football Federation had previously refused to grant him a license until FIFA’s ruling in his case against Fath Union Sport was announced.
Guy Hervé joined the “Green” team during the previous winter transfer window but was unable to participate in matches due to Fath Union Sport’s objection to his eligibility.
Guy Hervé has previously had experiences in the Moroccan Professional League with clubs such as Fath Union Sport, Chabab Mohammedia, and Union Tangier.
