Turkish giants Fenerbahçe SK have reportedly joined the growing list of clubs interested in signing DR Congo international Aaron Wan-Bissaka during the summer transfer window.

The right-back’s future has become the subject of increasing speculation following West Ham United FC’s relegation from the Premier League. Despite being under contract with the London club until 2031, reports suggest Wan-Bissaka could seek a move away in order to continue playing top-flight football.

The 28-year-old has attracted interest from several clubs in recent weeks, with Everton FC previously linked with a move for the defender. Fenerbahçe have now emerged as another potential destination as they look to strengthen their squad ahead of the new season.

According to reports, the Turkish club are keen to bring Wan-Bissaka to the Süper Lig and view him as a valuable addition to their defensive options. His experience at the highest level of English football and his defensive qualities have reportedly made him a target for the Istanbul-based side.

Despite no official approach, Wan-Bissaka is believed to remain firmly on Fenerbahçe’s shortlist as the club evaluates potential summer signings.

The former Manchester United defender has built a reputation as one of the most reliable defensive full-backs in the game, known for his tackling ability, athleticism and one-on-one defending. His performances at club level have also helped establish him as an important member of the DR Congo national team setup.

With West Ham facing a season outside the Premier League, uncertainty surrounds the futures of several key players, and Wan-Bissaka is among those expected to attract significant interest from clubs across Europe.

For Fenerbahçe, securing the services of a player with Wan-Bissaka’s pedigree would represent a major statement of intent as they aim to challenge for domestic honours and strengthen their squad for continental competition.

While negotiations have not yet begun, the Turkish side’s interest is likely to keep the defender’s future firmly in the spotlight throughout the transfer window.
