FC Emmen sign French-Togolese winger Safyan Toure from 1. FC Koln II

French-Togolese winger Safyan Toure has joined FC Emmen from 1. FC Koln II, moving to the Dutch club on 2 September 2026.

The 20-year-old right winger has signed a contract with Emmen that runs until 30 June 2027. He becomes part of the squad at a club competing in the Keuken Kampioen Divisie, the Netherlands’ second tier.

Toure leaves 1. FC Koln II, who play in Germany’s Regionalliga West, after his spell with the reserve side. The transfer represents a move between clubs in Germany and the Netherlands, with Emmen securing the services of a player whose established position is on the right side of the attack.

Born on 6 June 2006, Toure holds French and Togolese nationality. He is 1.87 metres tall and favours his right foot, adding a clearly defined wide role to Emmen’s attacking options.

His move was registered on 2 September, with his arrival at Emmen recorded the following day. The Dutch club have listed him as a right winger, while the player’s broader position classification places him in attack.

Toure’s previous club was 1. FC Koln II, and his arrival moves him from the Regionalliga West to the Keuken Kampioen Divisie. The two leagues provide the immediate competitive context for his switch, as he begins his contract with Emmen through the end of June 2027.

The transfer also marks a new national setting for Toure, who has moved from Germany to the Netherlands. Emmen are now the latest club on his playing record, following his time with Koln’s second team.

Toure joins FC Emmen as a 20-year-old French-Togolese right winger, with the move completed on 2 September 2026 and his contract valid until 30 June 2027.
