Ivorian attacker, Amad Diallo was in action for Manchester United on Friday night when the team clashed with Leicester City in the English FA Cup.
The talented forward starred with an electrifying performance, helping United to secure a 2-1 comeback victory at the end of the 90 minutes.
Leicester took the lead in the 42nd minute when Bobby De Cordova-Reid capitalized on a goalmouth scramble to head home from close range.
United, however, responded in the 68th minute through Joshua Zirkzee, who pounced on a rebound inside the box and slotted the ball into the net to level the score.
The decisive moment came deep into stoppage time, as Harry Maguire rose highest to meet a well-delivered free kick, directing a powerful header into the bottom left corner to seal United’s place in the next round.
Diallo’s pace and creativity were instrumental in Manchester United’s attacking resurgence, further underlining his growing influence in the squad.
He has over the past few months become a key member of the Manchester United set-up.
