EXCLUDED/CONFLICT CA BATNA-SAPOL MANI: EXPLANATIONS FROM THE PLAYER’S AGENT

Sapol Mani, the Togolese midfielder, has reportedly broken his contract with CA Batna, an Algerian second division club. The player’s agent, Hugues Rhodes, explained that Mani has filed a complaint with the LFP’s CRL (National Directorate of Legal and Regulatory Affairs) for unpaid salaries and non-compliance with other contractual clauses. While the situation has taken time to resolve, the player’s lawyer, Mr. Mahrach from the RMS firm in Paris, has initiated the legal process, and the matter is expected to be resolved shortly.
