Both teams are meeting for the second time in the Champions League this season, with Arsenal defeating PSG 2-0 in the group stages.
“We showed that we were able to beat one of the best teams home and away. We have sent a message,” said the England international.
The much-anticipated clash between Arsenal and Paris Saint Germain has been scheduled for April 29.
