Hull City Secure FA Cup Final Spot After Thrilling 5-3 Victory Over Sheffield United

Hull City are set to face Arsenal in the FA Cup final next month after an action-packed 5-3 victory over Sheffield United on Sunday. The Championship side made a remarkable comeback to secure their place at Wembley on May 17.

The match began with a surprise as Sheffield United took the lead in the 19th minute, with Baxter finding the net. However, Hull City quickly responded, with Ivorian forward Yannick Sagbo scoring the equalizer. Just before half-time, Sheffield United regained the lead through a goal by Scougall, leaving Hull with plenty of work to do after the break.

In the second half, Hull City turned up the pressure, with Fryatt, Huddlestone, and Quinn all finding the back of the net, putting the Tigers firmly in control. Meyer added a fifth goal late in the match, ensuring their victory, though Sheffield United’s Murphy did manage to pull one back for the Blades.

With the win, Hull City will now face Premier League giants Arsenal in the FA Cup final, aiming for their first-ever major trophy. The final at Wembley promises to be an exciting clash between the two sides.
