Emmanuel Nanapere is being linked with a move from Teramo to fellow Serie D side Recanatese, with Italian fourth-tier observers suggesting the Nigerian forward could be on the move despite uncertainty over how advanced talks are.
The 24-year-old centre-forward, currently on the books at Teramo Calcio 1913 in Serie D – Girone F, has emerged as a reported target for Recanatese, who operate in the same division. The speculation, recorded on 17 December 2025, lists the probability of a deal only as “?”, underlining that this remains at the rumour stage rather than a confirmed negotiation.
Nanapere’s market value is currently estimated at €75k, a figure that would make him a relatively low-cost attacking option for a Serie D club. That valuation has dipped from the €100k mark he reached earlier in 2025 while at Castelfidardo, raising questions over whether Teramo might be open to a departure, or even risk the player approaching free-agent status if contractual terms are not secured.
Born in Lagos on 30 January 2001, Nanapere has built his career across Ukraine and Italy. After spells with Olimpik Donetsk and Olimpik Kropyvnytskyi, he moved to Osimostazione CD in 2022, then to Castelfidardo in 2023 before joining Teramo. His path through multiple clubs, including periods without a team, highlights both his willingness to move for opportunities and the possibility that another change of shirt cannot be ruled out.
Primarily a centre-forward and wearing number 99 at Teramo, Nanapere’s profile fits Recanatese’s need for a physical attacking presence in Serie D. With no contract duration publicly specified, and with his value at a manageable level for clubs at this tier, a transfer – or an eventual free-agent switch – remains plausible.
If the move to Recanatese does materialise, it could offer Nanapere a fresh platform in the same league to rebuild his value and push his career towards higher levels of Italian football.
