Transfer News: Emmanuel Adebayor Set for QPR Loan Move
According to The Telegraph, Emmanuel Adebayor is on the verge of joining Queens Park Rangers on loan until the end of the season. The Tottenham Hotspur striker, who had previously been linked with PSG and West Bromwich Albion, now appears set to remain in the Premier League.
The Togolese international, who has scored only twice in the 2014–2015 campaign, is looking for a fresh start and more playing time. A move to QPR would reunite him with manager Harry Redknapp, under whom he previously thrived at Spurs.
If the deal goes through, Adebayor would bolster QPR’s attacking options as they battle to avoid relegation.
