Elodie Nakkach joins Al-Ahli SC as Moroccan star embarks on Saudi Arabian adventure

Elodie Nakkach, a key player for Morocco’s national women’s football team, has signed with Saudi Arabian side Al-Ahli SC, marking the beginning of a new chapter in her career. After three successful seasons with Servette Football Club in Switzerland, the versatile defender is set to showcase her talents in the growing Saudi women’s football league.

Al-Ahli SC has secured the services of the experienced Moroccan international, who has built an impressive resume across several European clubs.

Nakkach has previously played for teams such as EJS Lafarge, CS Feytiat, Limoges Landouge, ASJ Soyaux, La Roche-sur-Yon, and Dijon FCO before her move to Servette.

“Every beautiful story must one day come to an end,” read the press release. “Arriving in the summer of 2021 from Dijon, Elodie Nakkach will have lived three full seasons in Geneva.

With two Swiss Cups and a Swiss Champion title acquired last year, she leaves Servette FCCF through the front door after having left her mark on the young history of the Grenat.”

The club also extended their gratitude to the Moroccan star, highlighting her dedication and professionalism during her time in Switzerland.

Al-Ahli SC will kick off their Saudi Arabian Women’s Premier League campaign with a match against Al-Amal SC on Friday, September 27, 2024, at the King Fahd Sports City Stadium in Taeif.
