Real Madrid are being linked with a move for Bournemouth forward Eli Kroupi as the Spanish giants monitor one of Europe’s fastest‑rising teenage attackers.

The 19-year-old, valued at €22.00m on Transfermarkt, is rumoured to be on Real Madrid’s radar as they assess long-term options in attack. The speculation centres on a potential deal with Bournemouth, though the reported probability of any move remains unclear, listed only as “?” in the latest data.

Kroupi, a right-footed centre-forward born in Lorient on 23 June 2006, only joined Bournemouth from FC Lorient during the 2024-25 campaign, before briefly returning to the French club on loan. He is currently registered with the Premier League side, wearing the number 22 shirt, and there is no confirmed contract end date, leaving open the theoretical possibility he could move on in future as a free agent if no agreement is in place.

Having developed through Lorient’s youth ranks – from the U17s to the B team and then the first team in Ligue 1 – Kroupi’s rise has been reflected in a rapid market value climb, from €400,000 at 17 with Lorient B to his current €22.00m valuation following his switch to Bournemouth and subsequent performances in England’s top flight.

The France and Côte d’Ivoire dual national is viewed as a versatile attacking option through the middle, fitting the modern profile Madrid have often targeted. He has experience in both Ligue 1 with Lorient and the Premier League with Bournemouth, as well as time in France’s lower divisions with Lorient B.

No fee, timetable or formal negotiations have been confirmed, and the rumour remains at an early, speculative stage. But if a move to the Bernabéu were eventually to materialise, it could mark a decisive step in Kroupi’s career, offering a platform to elevate his reputation from promising prospect to established name on the European stage.
