The board of directors of El Gouna Football Club has officially declared the acquisition of two new players to reinforce the ranks of the first football team during the ongoing winter transfer window.
El Gouna succeeded in securing the services of Rida Salah, who joins from Mansoura Club, signing a contract for two and a half seasons.
Additionally, they inked a deal with Mahmoud Abdo, widely known as “Aoksha,” a player with experience at both Customs Club and Egyptian side Port Said, committing to a three-and-a-half-season term.
Currently holding the tenth position in the Egyptian Premier League table with 13 points, El Gouna has seen progress in their recent performances, clinching victory in three matches and securing four draws.
However, they have faced defeat in two encounters, marking a balanced yet competitive season.
The strategic moves in the transfer market reflect El Gouna’s commitment to fortifying their squad for upcoming challenges.
The management believes that the addition of these talented players will contribute significantly to the team’s objectives for the remainder of the season.
With these new signings, El Gouna aims to elevate its position in the league and compete at a higher level.
Football enthusiasts and El Gouna supporters eagerly anticipate witnessing the impact of these fresh acquisitions on the team’s performance in the Egyptian Premier League.
