Eintracht Frankfurt keen on recruiting Yann Bisseck during January transfer window
German Bundesliga side Eintracht Frankfurt are keen on signing Germany-born defender of Cameroonian descent, Yann Bisseck, in the January transfer window.
According to BILD, the 24-year-old defender has emerged as a prime target for Frankfurt, who are looking to bolster their backline as they continue their Champions League campaign.
Bisseck, who joined Inter Milan from Danish side Aarhus, has found limited playing time this season under Cristian Chivu, partly due to the arrival of Manuel Akanji.
The situation has left Bisseck considering his options, especially with the 2026 FIFA World Cup on the horizon. Remaining on the bench could affect his chances of breaking into Germany’s national team setup.
Inter, however, are reluctant to let him go easily, having turned down offers of around €30 million from Premier League clubs last summer.
Discussions between Eintracht Frankfurt and Bisseck’s representatives are ongoing, but the defender is expected to assess his future with the Nerazzurri before making any final decision.
Should his situation remain unchanged, a move to Frankfurt could become a real possibility in January.
