Eintracht Frankfurt keen on keeping in-demand Cameroonian youngster Jean-Mattéo Bahoya
German outfit Eintracht Frankfurt are keen on keeping France-born forward of Cameroonian descent, Jean-Mattéo Bahoya, amid interest from several top European clubs.
With several top clubs monitoring his situation, the Bundesliga side has made it clear that the 20-year-old remains central to their plans.
Despite rumours suggesting Bahoya could push for a summer exit due to limited playing time, Frankfurt want him to stay for at least one more season. Sporting director Markus Krösche revealed that the club has placed an €80 million valuation on the winger, a signal of how highly they rate him.
“We have a clear goal to keep Jean-Mattéo with us for another year,” Krösche stated, reaffirming the club’s stance.
The same firm approach applies to attacking prospect Can Uzun, whose valuation also stands at €80 million.
However, Frankfurt appear more open regarding left-back Nathaniel Brown, who could be allowed to leave next summer if the right offer arrives.
