Reports emerging from Egyptian media today, Tuesday, indicate that Al Ahly Club in Egypt is eyeing a move to sign international defender Zinedine Belaïd from Algeria’s Union Sportive Médina d’Alger (USMA) during the upcoming summer transfer window.
According to information reported by “Al Watan Sport,” officials at Al Ahly have initiated negotiations with their counterparts at Union Sportive Médina d’Alger in pursuit of securing the services of defender Zinedine Belaïd, at the request of the team’s coach, Marcel Koller.
The source further explained that the management of Al Ahly has allocated a substantial sum of €1.5 million to secure the signing of Belaïd, with anticipation for a response from Union Sportive Médina d’Alger in order to finalize the deal promptly.
