The Egyptian Professional Football Association has officially announced the dates for the league matches, starting from the 14th round to the 30th round of the championship.
Furthermore, the association disclosed the dates for the postponed matches from the first round of the Premier League.
The much-anticipated derby between the two powerhouses, Al Ahly and Zamalek, has been rescheduled.
The fixture that was originally slated for this month has now been rescheduled.
The Al Ahly vs Zamalek match in the league will take place on April 15, 2024, at 7:00 PM at Cairo International Stadium.
This match is a rescheduled encounter from round 10.
Postponed Matches for Al Ahly: The Association revealed the dates for 7 postponed matches for Al Ahly as follows:
- Al Ahly vs Baladiyat Al Mahalla on Tuesday, February 27 – Round 5.
- ZED vs Al Ahly on Thursday, April 11 – Round 8.
- Zamalek vs Al Ahly on Monday, April 15 – Round 10.
- Al Ahly vs Al Ittihad Alexandria on Tuesday, May 7 – Round 9.
- Farco vs Al Ahly on Friday, June 14 – Round 11.
- Al Ahly vs Al Dakhlia on Friday, June 21 – Round 12.
- Al Ahly vs Pyramids on Friday, July 12 – Round 14.
Postponed Matches for Zamalek: Meanwhile, Zamalek will play 5 postponed matches, the dates of which are as follows:
- Zamalek vs Al Ittihad Alexandria on Thursday, April 11 – Round 8.
- Zamalek vs Al Ahly on Monday, April 15 – Round 10.
- Ceramica Cleopatra vs Zamalek on Friday, June 14 – Round 11.
- Zamalek vs Farco on Friday, June 21 – Round 12.
- Talaea Al Gaish vs Zamalek on Thursday, July 11 – Round 16.
