Safaga’s switch takes him from Egypt to the Algerian league, where he will spend the coming campaign with CR Temouchent. The agreement is temporary, with the player expected to remain with the club until the end of June 2027 under the terms of the loan.
No permanent transfer has been announced, and Safaga remains linked to Enppi SC through the nature of the arrangement. The Egyptian midfielder’s reported valuation stands at €50,000.
In a separate move, Polish fifth-tier side Sokoł Ostroda have confirmed the signing of Cameroon forward Glenn Ngosso.
The club announced the arrival on its official website. Ngosso, who is 22, has joined from French fifth-tier team Tarbes Pyrenees.
The forward has previously been with Montpellier and now continues his career in Poland with Sokoł Ostroda. Both his former club, Tarbes Pyrenees, and his new team compete at the fifth level of their respective national football systems.
Sokoł Ostroda’s announcement confirms that Ngosso has become the latest African player to move between lower-league clubs in Europe. The Cameroon striker will now be part of the Polish club’s squad following his spell with Tarbes Pyrenees.
The two deals represent different types of movement for African players in European and domestic leagues. Safaga has secured a temporary opportunity in Algeria while remaining contracted to Enppi SC, whereas Ngosso has completed a move from France to Poland.
Africafoot’s live roundup brings together the latest developments involving African footballers, including transfers and club announcements. The updates involving Safaga and Ngosso were the two confirmed moves reported in this section of the 2 August 2026 feed.
