An authoritative source within the Egyptian Football Association has disclosed the meticulous arrangements underway within the national U-23 team as they gear up for their Olympic campaign in Paris.
It’s expected that players will be summoned to convene at the initial training camp in the Olympic City of the New Administrative Capital on March 14, before embarking on a journey to Saudi Arabia on March 16.
The national team will commence their preparatory matches on March 18, 20, and 24 as part of a camp culminating on March 28, all in readiness for the highly anticipated Olympic Games scheduled for Paris in 2024.
In comments provided to Egyptian outlet “Al-Masry Al-Youm,” the source elaborated on the forthcoming Olympic draw, set to take place on March 20.
Additionally, a coordination meeting is slated to bring together Hossam Hassan, coach of the senior national team, and Shawky Gharieb, coach of the U-23 team, before the commencement of the March camp.
