Mohamed Salah may sign a new deal with Liverpool this summer, according to multiple reports in the UK.
The Egyptian forward has been tipped to leave the club with PSG, Barcelona and Saudi clubs all interested in the services of the attacker.
However, reports have suggested that Salah could renew his stay at Anfield on a long-term deal with an improved offer.
The 32-year-old’s current contract is set to expire at the end of this season, but could become one of the highest-paid players in the club’s history.
“There have been significant developments in talks, and the offer that Liverpool has put forward is much more attractive than any previous deal proposed. It’s clear the club values him highly and is doing everything to ensure he remains part of the team,” an insider said.
Mohamed Salah has been a key player for Liverpool in the ongoing season despite an exit from the Champions League and losing the Carabao Cup to Newcastle United.
