Egypt’s national football team, under the leadership of the Hassan twins, Hossam and Ibrahim Hassan, continued their training at Cairo International Stadium as part of their preparations for the inaugural edition of the friendly tournament that includes Croatia, Tunisia, and New Zealand, hosted by Egypt.
Nineteen players participated in the training session, including Mohamed Abu Jabal, Mohamed Awad, Al-Mahdi Suleiman, Mostafa Shobeir, Ramy Rabia, Mohamed Hani, Mohamed Hamdi, Akram Tawfik, Mohamed Abdel-Moneim, Ahmed Ramadan Beckham, Mohamed Sherif, Marwan Mohsen, Imam Ashour, Ahmed Nabil “Koka,” Mohamed Magdy Afsha, Mostafa Fathi, Hussein El Shahat, Ahmed Atif, and Mohamed El-Shami.
The training was attended by Jamal Al-Amal, the chairman of the Egyptian Football Association, and Walid Al-Attar, the executive director of the Football Association.
The Egyptian Football Association announced Egypt’s participation in the first edition of the New Administrative Capital Cup, organized by the United for Sports, which will be held in Egypt with the participation of Croatia, Tunisia, and New Zealand.
The tournament matches are scheduled to take place from March 18 to March 26 during the international break.

Goalkeepers: Mohamed Awad, Mohamed Abu Jabal, Al-Mahdi Suleiman, Mostafa Shobeir.
Defenders: Mohamed Hani, Akram Tawfik, Mohamed Hamdi, Mohamed Sherif, Ahmed Hegazi, Ramy Rabia, Mohamed Abdel-Moneim, Ahmed Ramadan Beckham.
Midfielders: Marwan Mohsen, Hamdi Fathi, Imam Ashour, Mohamed Magdy Afsha, Ahmed Nabil “Koka,” Mahmoud “Trezeguet” Hassan, Mostafa Fathi, Hussein El Shahat, Omar Marmoush.
Forwards: Mostafa Mohamed, Ahmed Atif, Mohamed Sherif, Mohamed El-Shami.
Egypt’s first match will be against New Zealand on March 22, with the winner facing the winner of the Croatia vs. Tunisia match in the final on March 26.
