German giants Borussia Dortmund are interested in signing Ivorian youngster Mario Dorgeles.
According to reports gathered, the Bundesliga club is closely keeping tabs on the midfielder and wants to move to secure his services this summer.
Dorgeles, 20, enjoyed a solid 2024/25 campaign with Danish side FC Nordsjælland, where he made 30 appearances. Despite being under contract until 2027, checks have revealed that the midfielder is open to making a move this summer.
Currently valued at around €3.5 million, the Ivorian’s price tag could rise, with reports suggesting Nordsjaelland may demand a higher fee.
While he may not be at the top of Dortmund’s target list, Dorgeles remains a compelling midfield option for the club heading into the new season.
The German club, just like Brighton & Hove Albion, have made an initial inquiry about the availability of the youngster from FC Nordsjaelland.
Dortmund will decide on signing Mario Dorgeles at the end of the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup in the United States of America.
