The father of Mustafa Ashraf, the midfielder for Borussia Monchengladbach in Germany, has disclosed that his son is nearing a move to the first football team of Zamalek during the ongoing winter transfer window.
In a televised statement to MBC Masr, Mustafa Ashraf’s father stated, “Negotiations with Zamalek have reached an advanced stage, and, God willing, they will be finalized in the coming hours.”
He added, “We have agreed with Zamalek on all the details regarding Mustafa’s move to the White Castle.
However, there is a discrepancy between the Zamalek management and Borussia Monchengladbach regarding the payment method and the percentage of the sell-on fee.
The deal is in its final touches, and, God willing, it will be officially concluded today, Wednesday.”
