Counselor Mohamed Sherine Fahmy, head of the Football Association’s Disciplinary Committee, has clarified the status of recent sanctions imposed on Al-Ahly, Pyramids FC, and Zamalek coach Gomez.
Speaking on the “Stad El-Mahwar” program, Fahmy stated that all complaints brought to the committee had been thoroughly resolved, adding, There is no scrap of paper in my office.
He dismissed rumors of discussions with Football Association president Gamal Allam to reconsider or reduce the penalties, asserting such claims were baseless and unequivocally rejected.
