David Oduro and Abdul Aziz Issah, two promising young talents from Ghana, marked their debuts with FC Barcelona’s B team (Barça Atlètic) during a 1-1 draw against Real Sociedad B in the Spanish third division, Primera RFEF, on Wednesday.
Both players joined Barcelona during the summer transfer window, and their involvement in this match against Real Sociedad B showcased their immediate integration into the squad.
Oduro, a left-back, and Issah, a right winger, were introduced as substitutes in the second half, making their first appearances for Barça B in Group A of the competition.
Oduro, who began the match on the bench, was brought on in the 46th minute and immediately added to the team’s defensive options.
Issah, on the other hand, entered the pitch in the 74th minute, aiming to provide fresh attacking energy to the team.
