Danish defender of Nigerian descent Patrick Dorgu has admitted that playing for Manchester United comes with a lot of pressure.
The 20-year-old signed for the English giants in the winter transfer window in a move that saw him leave Italian Serie A side Lecce.
Speaking in an interview, Patrick Dorgu has revealed that the expectation at Manchester United is overwhelming.
“The pressure is big at every club, but especially United.
“I think the pressure is high because the expectation is so high,” Patrick Dorgu said.
Despite the pressure and high expectations, Patrick Dorgu is determined to succeed at Manchester United.
Already, the defender is working hard in training and matches for the team. He has gradually become a key player under manager Ruben Amorim.
He must continue working hard to develop to reach his full potential. Dorgu is in line to start for Manchester United this weekend in the game against AFC Bournemouth on Sunday, April 27.
