France forward of Cameroonian descent, Kylian Mbappe, will not be available for Real Madrid when the team takes on Getafe in the Spanish La Liga on Wednesday.
According to manager Carlo Ancelotti, Ferland Mendy will also miss the Matchday 33 encounter tomorrow.
At his pre-match press conference, Ancelotti disclosed that the two Frenchmen will be absent due to various injuries.
The manager is, however, confident that both players could be fit in time for Real Madrid’s El Clasico against Barcelona in the Copa del Rey final.
The Real Madrid boss is confident that even without Kylian Mbappe and Ferland Mendy, his team can secure a win against Getafe in midweel.
“Getafe play intense, well-organised football with clear patterns. We’re ready and determined to win. These matches grow vital as the season nears its end,” he said in a press conference.
The upcoming match between Real Madrid and Getafe will be played on Wednesday, April 23. The game will kick off at 7:30 pm.
