Chelsea are reportedly open to selling Senegalese striker Nicolas Jackson for a fee lower than the current €65 million asking price.

The 24-year-old forward joined Bayern on a season-long loan, with the German champions holding a €65 million purchase option. However, reports suggest that the deal could be completed for a lower fee as Chelsea look to offload the player permanently.

According to Football Insider, the Blues are eager to sell Jackson since he is no longer part of their long-term plans. The London club is reportedly willing to accept a reduced transfer fee to remove him from their wage bill and streamline the squad.

Jackson himself is said to be open to continuing with Bayern beyond the summer of 2026.

TBR Football and Bild report that the Bavarian giants are satisfied with his progress and have already discussed a potential five-year contract should he stay permanently.

So far this season, Jackson has made six appearances for Bayern Munich, contributing one goal and one assist.

He will be hoping to score more for the German Bundesliga champions after the October international break.
