Eden Hazard, accustomed to featuring in all of Chelsea’s matches, had to leave the field prematurely during Tuesday evening’s Champions League quarter-final second leg against PSG (2-0). The Belgian forward sustained a calf injury and is expected to require a minimum of two weeks of rest. Chelsea manager José Mourinho provided an update on Hazard’s condition after the match, stating, “It’s a calf problem. But I have no idea how serious the injury is. And even if it’s not serious, we need at least two weeks before we can play again.”
